REQUIREMENTS
Dogs need to be friendly with other dogs, up to date on their vaccines, and they need to be spayed or neutered if they are over 1 year old.
DAYCARE TRIAL DAY:
New dogs need to have a scheduled daycare trial day. Trial days are scheduled only for Tuesday - Thursday, and dogs need to be dropped off before 9am and be picked up anytime from 4pm to 6:30pm. The daycare trial is free.
Up-to-date vaccinations are required for any of our services:
Distemper / Parvo
Bordetella (Canine Cough)
Rabies
Please have your vet's office email info@parkapup.com, fax to (415) 453-2411, or bring photocopies of vaccination confirmations upon check-in.
